What level is the course suitable for?

The course is good for upper beginners to intermediate Spanish learners.

It's ideal for anyone who is already comfortable with basic conversations in Spanish and is now serious about reaching real-life conversational fluency.

In saying that, all the resources could still very much be enjoyed by advanced learners or a very serious beginner given that all the words in the conversations can be translated into English.

What happens if I find the course is not right for me?

We are very serious about 100% customer satisfaction and have put so much love and care into everything we make for you!

But if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase at any time within the next 30 days, you can send our support team one email at [email protected] and we will refund every cent - no questions asked, simple as that.

How long will it take to complete the course?

Well, that all depends on how much time you would like to dedicate to the content.

There are 15 seasons each with 4 episodes that include conversations and mini-lessons.

Each episode, including the conversation and mini-lesson, would take you about 30 minutes to complete if you consumed them back-to-back.

So for example, if you decided to consume an episode per day, the course would take you about 60 days to complete.

However, there's no set schedule and you can set your own rhythm that suits you.

Some people have told us that they bought the course and they loved it so much that it was like getting addicted to a new Netflix series and they binged through everything in a few weeks.

But again it's totally up to your preference. You will have 2 years access to all the content so you can take as long or as short a time as you please.

What accents are featured in the course?

We have recorded everything on the ground here in Medellín, Colombia so the course features a lot of Colombian native speakers.

We find that the Colombian accent is very clear and in general they speak slowly which makes them easy to understand as a Spanish learner.

However, it's also always important to have experience with a wide variety of different accents in Spanish, so that's why we have made a big effort to seek out interesting people from all over Latin America and a bit of Spain for our conversations.

When you enroll in the course you will find people with varying accents from the following countries:

- Colombia
- Mexico
- Venezuela
- Argentina
- Peru
- Bolivia
- Chile
- Cuba
- Ecuador
- Spain

If there's anything at all that you're not certain about, anything we haven't made clear; any concerns or questions at all then please contact us on [email protected]
